Last week, several publications, including Us Weekly, had speculated that Kate appeared to have undergone a facelift, pointing out apparent changes to her jawline and eye shape. Shes consumed with her appearance, a source claimed to the magazine. Kate wants to look 10 years younger. Of course, Kate is no stranger to plastic surgery.
